Penny Royal Lane Sober Home

The Penny Royal Home opened its doors to the recovery community in 2017 by owner, Mark Culpo.  This home is located in East Falmouth in a quiet suburban neighborhood and is conveniently located near public transport, shopping and recovery meetings, all of which are within walking distance.  The Penny Royal Lane home is MASH certified and can house up to 8 residents in four spacious double rooms. The home is equipped with full kitchen amenities, a propane grill, WIFI, a washer/dryer and a sprawling backyard with beautiful landscaping.  The beautiful beaches of Falmouth are just a few minutes drive away.  You will feel at home when you make the decision to move into the Penny Royal Lane Sober Home.

Ashumet Road Sober Home

The Ashumet Road Sober Home opened its doors to the recovery community in 2022 and is also located in East Falmouth.  This property is also conveniently located to public transport, the Mashpee Commons and many hiking/nature trails.  This home has the ability to house 11 residents and one live-in house manager.  This home has 4 double rooms and a room that can hold 4 residents, we call it the “Quad.”  The quad has its own full bathroom, beds, dressers, large walk-in closet, a 70" television and ample space for comfort.  This room is utilized for the majority of new residents coming out of treatment to start the process of forming new friendships, personal accountability and strengthening interpersonal communication skills.  This home also provides residents with a full kitchen, propane grill, WIFI, flat screen televisions, washer/dryer, sprawling backyard with a fire pit, and a home gym in the basement.  The cleanliness of the home and the warm welcome you'll receive will make your first day at the Ashumet Road Sober Home a relaxed and smooth experience.

On move in day, residents will complete the intake process, including new resident paperwork, drug and alcohol screening, a review of policies, expectations, and chore assignments.  You will be given a tour of the home, introduced to your housemates and shown to your room.  The house manager will assist during the entire move-in process to ensure a smooth transition into the home.

**If you are intoxicated or fail the initial drug test, you will not be permitted in the house and residency is revoked.
